What is BRAND JXB?

We are a brand offering a way to look at inclusion as a priority not an after thought . We are filling the needs of a demographic who is asking for luxury fashion. We don’t think of our customers as extended sized women. We simply think of them as a women demanding quality, style and fit. We are not the inspiration for you. You are the inspiration for us.

Our goal is to create culture not crowds. This is about all women supporting each other in life, business, tragedy, success, lifting each other up and recognizing the beauty in all.

Where are BRAND JXB products manufactured?

We put quality first and source the finest fabrics from factories around the world including Pima cotton from Peru, Cashmere from inner Mongolia, Silk and Leather from Turkey and Italy and Kurabo denim from Japan.

We have some domestic production done right here in LA and overseas production from carefully selected factories throughout China.

What size am I?

We live in the real world where life is not an exact science, life fluctuates, weight fluctuates, so our job is to make you look and feel beautiful no matter what your size. We have developed a fit fluid exchange policy which allows you to exchange your jeans free of charge should your weight fluctuate throughout the year.

What if you’re out of my size?

If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to awaiting list. Just click the “Waitlist” button and we’ll send you an email notification when it is back in stock. If a product is out of stock and you don’t see a “Waitlist” button, we haven’t made plans to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future.

How should I wash and care for my BRAND JXB products?

Because JXB chooses the finest luxury fabrics and include intricate detailing on some of our highest fashion pieces, we suggest dry cleaning or hand washing on most items. Please carefully follow the care instructions on each item to ensure proper care

What is your return policy?

We’ve made returning your JXB items incredibly simple. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 90 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. In addition, please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Note: all returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging or tags.

How about if I’d like to exchange my items?

Our exchange program is unique – precisely like you. In the event that your purchases do not fit you (whether to big or too small) within a year of ordering, we will get you the perfect size, yet again. This is totally complimentary. What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@brandjxb.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item received, as well as your order number. We’ve got this!

Can I change / cancel my order?

Once an order has been place, unfortunately we can’t edit the address you have entered or the items within the order.

How long before my order ships?

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days.

Note: if you place an order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard or American Express Gift Cards.

We also accept payments via Paypal & Apple Pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order details along with a tracking number to follow your package.

If refunded, will I be given the full amount in return?

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US , all sales taxes will be refunded.
