We’ve made returning your JXB items incredibly simple. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 90 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all JXB tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Our exchange program is unique – precisely like you. In the event that your purchases do not fit you (whether to big or too small) within a year of ordering, we will get you the perfect size, yet again. This is totally complimentary. RETURNING YOUR ORDER
In the event you need to return your purchase, you have 90 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
- Step 1: Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all JXB tags still attached.
- Step 2: Use the return shipping provided.
- Step 3: Drop off your package at your nearest Fed Ex location.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your BRAND JXB account.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.
All items must be returned new, unused and with BRAND JXB tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 90 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of BRAND JXB
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags still attached.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Service.
During our sale clearance, products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
